Cotswold Raw is celebrating National Sausage Week.

Sausages come in all manner of shapes, sizes and seasonings, a culinary legend with countless regional incarnations from the seriously substantial Cumberland to the herby Lincolnshire and the ginger-infused Marylebone.

Sausage appreciation culminates at this weekend’s Guy Fawkes’ celebration (National Sausage Week’s finale).

The company believes sausages provide the perfect culinary distraction to take a hound’s mind off the vocal airborne spectacle taking place outside the front door.
