PIF reveals 2016 award winners

Companies throughout the pet industry are celebrating after scooping up awards. The Pet Industry Federation (PIF) named its 2016 winners on November 1, at Wokefield Park Hotel near Reading. Actor and comedian, Chris Barrie, presented the event which was organised by the PIF. Hundreds of pet industry professionals attended. The night celebrated entrepreneurial talent, commercial acumen and quality customer service in a range of pet businesses. Shortlisted companies were mystery shopped and mystery telephoned, and subject to the deliberations of judging panels, as part of the process to choose an overall winner.
