Pet brand PetTime aims to tackle the increase in pet obesity by helping owners to maintain pets’ diets via tech devices and a new range food and treats.

PetTime’s Hub is a smart treat dispenser with an automated feeder. It uses Internet of Things (IoT) technology and is controlled via a dedicated app. Using PetTime’s range of treats and food, the app tracks the number of calories dispensed through both devices and allows manual input of treats given to pets.

The treat dispenser and feeder feature an HD camera, microphone and speaker to take photos and videos of pets. The PetTime app allows the media to be easily posted onto major social networks.

PetTime MD Barry Rubery said: “Our new products create a brilliant opportunity for pet retailers to capitalise on the IoT trend. Our first to market products are competitively priced and provide retailers with health margins and recurring revenues whilst also promoting pets’ wellbeing.”

For more information go to www.pettime.co.uk. PetTime is exhibiting at Interzoo on the British Pavillion in Hall 9, stand 9-514.
