The Company of Animals acquires Pet Head

Pet training and behaviour product provider, The Company of Animals, has acquired the worldwide brand, product and distribution rights for the Pet Head brand from Pet Head Inc.

“Pet Head is one of the most recognized pet grooming brands in the world, synonymous with high quality pet shampoos and loved by pet owners and grooming professionals alike. We are excited to be taking over ownership of the brand and look forward to bringing new innovation into the pet grooming category” said Dr. Roger Mugford, founder of The Company of Animals.

Kyara Mascolo, co-creator of Pet Head Inc. commented “We are delighted to be transferring ownership of Pet Head to The Company of Animals who like us place the welfare of animals ahead of profit and with whom we have developed a strong relationship with over many years”.

The acquisition was closed April 22 2016.
