Raw pet food brand Hug has announced the launch of HugMyDog and HugMyCat which uses 100% whole food, human-grade ingredients.

All Hug’s recipes use only free range, or outdoor reared meat and seasonal British vegetables.

Hug food is fast frozen to preserve all the flavour and nutrients, and is then thawed and either served raw or briefly cooked in the microwave or on the stove.

Vicky Marshall, founder, Hug, said: “I believe passionately as pet parents we have a responsibility to care for our dogs and cats to the very best of our ability. What you feed your pet is critical in supporting their needs and keeping them healthy.

“At Hug we know one size doesn’t fit all, but with our choice of serving suggestions we make it simple and easy to feed the right food…think of it as giving your dog or cat a ‘hug’ on the inside!”
