Start-up dog snack brand’s success as it secures retail listings

Premium dog snack company Denzel’s said it has seen “overwhelming success” as it secured “major retail listings” since its launch in September.

The brand’s health on the go chews has gained international retail contracts across five different countries.

Denzel’s is now available at online supermarket Ocado, independent pet stores, cafes, pubs, hotels and many others throughout the UK. Denzel’s have also secured distribution through Cotswold Fayre, a first in pet food for the speciality wholesaler.

The brand is also launching with major partners in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland in its own Nordic packaging. Furthermore, the premium snacks will be available through supermarket chains Spinneys and Waitrose in the UAE and Maxi Zoo in Ireland.

Denzel’s was launched by founders James Lacy and Nathan Perry, who have degrees in animal science and over 10 years’ experience working with pet food brands. Denzel’s chews are naturally low in sugar and under 50 calories each.
