Jollyes to open new store in Swadlincote

The opening of the new Swadlincote store, its 96th in the UK, is part of Jollyes’ ambitious expansion plans which has seen it exceed £100 million turnover in FY2023

Jollyes has announced plans to open its latest store in Swadlincote this weekend (28 October).

The store, located at Unit 11, The Pipeworks, Swadlincote, will soft-open on 27 October with its formal grand opening on Saturday 28 October.

The new Jollyes store in Swadlincote will be a flagship location providing pet owners access to its raw food frozen ‘shop-in-shop’.

The new store will have a community pet clinic each Friday from 17 November.

This is part of a plan between now and the summer of 2024, to double the number of stores that offer vet-run clinics.

Swadlincote is one of the first Jollyes to get a new-look Jolly Groomer offering “straightforward pricing for a quality groom”.

The store will be managed by Lavinia Dolman who joins Jollyes from One-Stop.

Natalie Bentley, Jollyes regional manager, said:“We’re already working hard getting the store ready for opening at the end of the month. We know how much pet parents in South Derbyshire love their animals, so I know Lavinia and her team of 12 can’t wait to bring the kind of value and service we’re famous for, to town.”
