Petquip, the international trade association of pet equipment, has revealed the winners of its 2020 Awards.

For the 2020 Awards, the organisation handed out Gold Awards to nine companies, with eight receiving Silvers and six picking up the Highly Commended accolade.

Winners included ChickenGuard, winning Gold for Exporter of the Year, and Goodchap’s, which won Supplier of the Year.

The trade association recognised the work of Eddie Milbourne, founder of the Canagan Group, with a Lifetime Achievement Award

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, Petquip’s exhibition was cancelled so there was no physical award ceremony.

Pat Flynn, PetQuip’s manager, said: ‘‘We would like to congratulate not just our worthy winners but all our entrants who made it through to the finals – it’s not an easy task and our judges were rigorous in their assessment of all entries.’’
