Broadreach Nature has revealed it is offering free veterinary support to customers during the ongoing pandemic.
The Hertfordshire-based natural pet healthcare business will now offer customers complimentary, full online access to veterinary support, as well as deliver veterinary approved and developed natural healthcare products and premium pet foods.
The business has partnered with PawSquad, an organisation who provides pet owners with instant access to qualified veterinary advice through online platforms.
Through the partnership, Broadreach Nature customers can now access vets through online messaging and videos if they are self-isolating or unwilling to leave home.
Clients are still advised to contact their own vet directly in the event of an emergency.
Anne Wood, founder of Broadreach Nature, said: “We only use the very best ingredients in our products that are specially sourced with full data to support them. All ingredients used are Non GMO and Non Irradiated and are produced in GMP facilities.
“We now have our own in-house vet and veterinary experts as well as a specialist panel of nutritionists and pet specialists in our team.”
She added: “Our range of 47 different supplements, food and treats give a great choice in both support and health so whatever your dog’s or cat’s preference we should have a yummy option for them.”
