Veterinary clinic The Vet has re-opened its centre in Bristol, with an open event on 10 July, including behind the scenes tours, activities for the kids, face painting and competitions.

The centre has six consultation rooms, four operating theatres, X-ray, ultrasound and an in-house laboratory. The new Bristol Veterinary Centre will provide full care including a range of products and services from vaccinations and pet passports – to orthopaedic surgery and dentals.

The Vet chief commercial officer, Jennifer Martin said: “At The Vet, we do things differently and challenge the status quo when it comes to pet health.

“We believe in making a positive change to the pet health industry by offering clients exceptional care and support, seven days a week with fair and value pricing – and with our recent investment in our Bristol centre, we are able to provide our clients with quality, comfortable surroundings which are befitting to our state-of-the-art clinical facilities.”

The Vet has nine centres in the UK, in Ashton, Bristol, Liverpool, Morden, Portsmouth, Nottingham, Southampton, Waltham Forest and Warrington, since its launch in 2013. The company’s ethos centres on providing “affordable pet care”.
