Jollyes Pets has announced the appointment of Sean McGinty as chief marketing officer and David Stokes as retail and supply chain director.
In his new role, McGinty will be responsible for customer strategy, digital platforms, and the brand’s loyalty proposition.
McGinty joined the business in October 2025 following a 25-year retail career, including tenures as marketing director at Dunelm and Aldi UK, and senior roles at Asda and Debenhams.
Meanwhile, Stokes, who will join the company in May 2026, will assume responsibilities previously held by Adam Dury, who was promoted to chief executive designate in October 2025.
Stokes joins from logistics provider Gregory Group and previously spent 16 years at Lidl in various retail and supply chain positions across the UK and Europe.
The appointments come as the retailer continues to expand its physical footprint, having nearly doubled its store count over the past three years.
The company is scheduled to open three new locations in February 2026 in Ponders End, Hartlepool, and Whitehaven.
Adam Dury, chief executive designate, said: “It’s no secret that Jollyes is growing at a significant pace as we open new stores right across the UK. Those growth ambitions will be fuelled by talented retailers and that’s why I’m delighted to welcome Sean and David to our leadership team.
“David’s hands-on retail leadership and supply chain expertise and Sean’s retail marketing experience will be real assets to the business as we continue to shake up the UK pet retail market.”
