IVC Evidensia has expanded its White Cross Vets network with two new practices in Coventry and Stanningley, extending its reach across the Midlands and North of England.
The Coventry site, which opened on 20 October, is led by vet Peter Dickson, who has a special interest in exotic species including small mammals, reptiles and birds.
The Stanningley practice, which opened on 3 November, is headed by vet Rebecca Verity, a specialist in orthopaedics, alongside cardiologist Miles Chater and critical care specialist Francisco Mendes.
Each practice includes four consulting rooms, two theatres and a dedicated dental and imaging suite, allowing several procedures to be carried out simultaneously. The new facilities are designed to support the expansion of White Cross Vets’ dental and diagnostic services, and provide space for visiting surgeons to perform specialist treatments on-site.
The openings have created nine new roles, with further recruitment planned as the teams expand. Across its 23 clinics, White Cross Vets now employs more than 330 people, making it IVC Evidensia’s largest and fastest-growing brand.

Rob Keates, IVC Evidensia UK chief operating officer, said: “Opening our new practices in Coventry and Stanningley marks an exciting milestone for the White Cross Vets team. Both clinics have been specifically designed to meet the growing need for high-quality veterinary care in their communities, while creating new opportunities for talented vets and nurses to develop their expertise. We’re proud to see our teams already making a difference to pets and their owners from day one.”
