Cotswold Raw gains UK Pet Food approval

Cotswold Raw has announced that it has officially achieved approval under UK Pet Food’s Raw Standard Scheme.
The scheme was developed by UK Pet Food and KIWA alongside the government regulatory bodies DEFRA and the FSA.
The UK Pet Food Raw Standard encompasses all aspects of hygiene and feed safety. It applies to the entire process from the selection of raw materials all the way to the finished goods.
UK Pet Food (previously the PFMA) is an association for pet food manufacturers and the wider industry, who work to advance pet food quality and safety.
It works to raise nutritional standards and provide educational resources to advance pet health and wellbeing.
