Top Dog sees sales increase following website rebrand

Dog harness company Top Dog has revealed that its sales have increased 71% year-on-year since it redesigned its website in the summer.
The company overhauled the look of the website leading to a 15% increase in traffic to the website.
Alongside this,the company saw sales of its treat pouch, available in a variety of colours, increase 276% year-on-year.
Furthermore, the Woodland Treasures Adjustable Harness saw a sales increase of 160%.
Top Dog also raises money for a variety of charities from their dog harness sales, with £1 from every sale going directly to each one.
These charities include, Underdog International, The Feed, Make-A-Wish UK and Suffolk Animal Rescue.
John Skinner, co-owner of Top Dog, said: “By incorporating brighter colours and playful language, the site now appeals more directly to pet lovers who value a fun and welcoming brand identity.
“We updated colour palettes, shifted the tone, and put an emphasis on seasonal campaigns and product visibility. The new design features brighter, more welcoming colours, which contrast with the previous, more subdued tones. The overall user experience was also enhanced with clearer calls-to-action, seasonal product highlights, and fun, pet-friendly copy.”
