Pet Family has appointed shipping company DPD as its new delivery partner

Pet owners who place their orders before 1 pm on any day including weekends will have their package dispatched the same day and receive it the very next day.

DPD will deliver on both Saturdays and Sundays, allowing pet owners to order their pet’s raw food even on Friday evenings and still receive it over the weekend.

All weekend deliveries will be available at no extra cost.

Additionally, the group said that with DPD’s real-time tracking system, customers can also monitor their pet’s food package.

Once the order is dispatched, they will receive a tracking number that will enable them to check the delivery progress on the DPD website or app.

It also claimed that with DPD’s temperature-controlled packaging, the pet food remains at the “perfect” temperature throughout its journey, ensuring that it arrives “as nutritious and fresh as it should be”.
