Doggy Baking Co has announced that it will be launching in a number of Waitrose stores across the UK.

The brand has already been stocked in John Lewis for some time but is now extending its reach to Waitrose.

The Pumpkin Seed and Banana Biscuit Mix, Linseed, Oregano and Parsley Baking Mix and Carrot Cake Mix will be stocked in eight stores.

Lauren Howells, buyer at Waitrose, said: “We’re really excited to launch Doggy Baking Co. products into our pet gifting range. As we know, pets are as much a member of the family as everyone else, so we’re delighted to introduce these new treats to help make any event with a pet extra special.”

Greg Fraser, founder of Doggy Baking Co, added: “Myself and the team can’t wait to see our Doggy Baking Co. mixes on the shelves in Waitrose stores. We’ve been selling the products with John Lewis and they are incredibly popular, so we’re really excited for Waitrose customers to be able to get their hands on our mixes so that they can treat their furry friends too.”

Doggy Baking Co is a spin-off on the Yorkshire-based brand The Bottled Baking Co and was originally launched as an April Fool’s prank back in 2021.

The brand offers bottles of dry ingredients needed to make dog treats.
