First Pets at Home store in Chester undergoes major refurbishment

Customers can also make use of the brand-new dog self-wash station in the store where they can wash and blow dry their dog themselves

The first Pets at Home store at Greyhound Retail Park in Chester has opened its doors after undergoing a full refurbishment.

The store was the first in the pet care specialist’s portfolio when it opened in 1991, bringing a “new shopping experience” for pet owners in the town.

Three decades on, the new refurbished space includes a new pet village which has been designed with small animals in mind to ensure there is plenty of room for them to play, eat, and sleep, as well as an aquatic centre, with a range of fish and accessories.
