The raw and natural pet food manufacturer and pet insurance specialist will work together to reward their customer bases with mutual offers, including discounted Natures Menu products for Agria’s customers, as well as four weeks of free pet insurance for Natures Menu customers.
It comes as research from Natures Menu research found that 32% of pet owners felt they did not have enough guidance to help them through the struggles of pet ownership.
In light of this, both brands said they “understand the importance” of the first year for pet owners and will be collaborating to share advice and testimonials to guide customers through the journey of pet ownership, with a particular focus on digital channels.
James Langan, managing director of Natures Menu, said: “As we see a continued rise in pet ownership, our own research shows how important guidance is in that first year.
“This partnership aims to give pet parents specialist advice from the early weeks of bringing their cat or dog home, right through to that tricky adolescent stage, supported by offers carefully aligned to the pet’s age and needs. We look forward to working with the team at Agria as we head into 2021.”
Simon Wheeler, managing director of Agria Pet Insurance, said: “Animal health and good nutrition go hand in hand.
“Our exciting, new partnership with Natures Menu allows us to add yet another dimension to our primary focus of supporting pet owners to make informed decisions about their pet’s needs, health, and welfare.”
