Exhibitors looking to secure a place at this year’s Virtual Petindex have until 5 February to sign up if they want to take advantage of the ‘early-bird’ discounted stand rate offered to the industry, the PIF has confirmed.
The discounted rate means that exhibitors will receive £100 off the cost of a Virtual Petindex stand for the event in March, reducing the cost to £500 for PIF members and £550 for non-members.
It comes as the event saw a 26% increase in visitor numbers last year, as well as an 18% growth in exhibitors.
Exhibitors will be given a fully branded and customisable virtual trade stand, without the associated costs of a traditional trade show.
Post-show data will also be available after the event, so that exhibitors can see who visited their stand, while exhibitors can also engage with prospects through “powerful” chat tools.
Exhibitors will also be encouraged to launch new products, with pre-event “unboxing” promotional opportunities.
Aside from the trade stands, Virtual Petindex will feature a full webinar schedule on both days of the show, with seminars on a range of business and animal welfare related topics from renowned speakers.
The third Virtual Petindex takes place from 16-30 March 2021.
