Yvonne Hsu has been named president of Hill’s Pet Nutrition, taking over from John Hazlin, who becomes chief growth officer at parent company Colgate-Palmolive.
Hsu assumed the role on 1 July and has also been elected a corporate officer by the Colgate-Palmolive board of directors.
She was previously president and general manager of Hill’s Pet Nutrition in the United States, where she led the business through a period of sustained growth. Before that, she served as executive vice-president for global growth and innovation, overseeing marketing, customer development, innovation, digital transformation, and analytics.
Hsu joined Colgate-Palmolive in 2000 and has held a number of roles across the company. She holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Cornell University.
Hsu said: “It’s a privilege to lead Hill’s Pet Nutrition, a company synonymous with scientific excellence and an unwavering commitment to pet health and well-being.
“As a proud pet parent to Max, Asher and Annie, I see first hand the impact our nutrition has on pet health. I look forward to building on our strong foundation of innovation and professional advocacy to ensure we continue to deliver industry leading nutrition that meets the evolving needs of pets worldwide and drive growth for Hill’s.”
