Fold Hill Foods recognised at Pet Product Marketing Awards

The brand offers seven patisserie-style dog treats, including Dog Eclairs, Terrier Truffles and Canine Cupcakes

Lincolnshire-based Fold Hill Foods has won two accolades at the 2025 Pet Product Marketing Awards, with its new brand Ruffingtons and recently acquired business Brambles both recognised by retailers.

Ruffingtons, launched less than a year ago, was named Retailer Recommended Emerging Brand of the Year. Brambles, which joined Fold Hill Foods in March, won Retailer Recommended Wild Animal Product of the Year for its Crunchy Hedgehog Food.

The awards follow a period of rapid growth for Ruffingtons, which debuted at the PATS trade show in September 2024.

Since then, it has secured listings with specialist chain Pets Corner and online retailer Very, and has attracted endorsements from radio DJ Scott Mills, actor Bradley Riches and television personality Ollie Locke.

All products are free from artificial additives, hand-finished and packaged for direct sale or through retail stockists.

Ben Mankertz, Fold Hill Foods managing director, said: “We’re extremely proud of the way Ruffingtons has made a splash in the market, and the success Brambles has achieved since joining the Fold Hill Foods family. Thank you and congratulations to everyone who has worked to make the brands the triumph they are.”

A spokesperson for Pet Product Marketing added: “Ruffingtons is connecting with owners, and the trade, because its range taps into the pet humanisation trend. Owners treat their pets as valued family members – no longer add-ons – and this means involving them in family celebrations.

“The artisan luxury treats give a way for owners to spoil their pets at a good price point. Expect Ruffingtons to continue to break through.”
