Stockholm-headquartered natural pet food manufacturer The Nutriment Company (TNC) has announced its first acquisition of 2025,The Dog’s Butcher, a UK provider of premium raw dog food.

This acquisition marks a significant milestone as TNC strengthens its position in the UK raw pet food market even further.

The Dog’s Butcher is known for its hand-picked ingredients that are locally sourced from Devon, Cornwall and the Southwest of England, and its wide range of products, with an assortment of over 100 different minces, chunks and bones

Founders Joanne and Daniel Mcmahon have served over 150 trade customers and countless pet owners.

The Dog’s Butcher joins TNC’s portfolio of brands, which includes Nutriment, Dibo, Barfgold, AniForte and Natural Instinct.

The Nutriment Company said: “By joining forces with us many more customers across the UK will have access to The Dogs Butcher products. We’re welcoming the entire team at The Dog’s Butcher to The Nutriment Company and are proud of our team who made this kick start into the new year possible.”
