Southampton pet food and accessories retailer Healthy Pet Store has promoted Hannah Crewe to store manager.
Established in 2014, Healthy Pet Store is an independent retailer selling a wide range of raw pet food, training gear and functional toys.
Crewe, previously assistant store manager, will take on a “strategic” role as the store continues to expand.
Crewe said: “I am keen to play a more strategic role so that Healthy Pet Store can continue to set the bar in this sector. We are known for creating an engaging and welcoming shopping experience and I am determined to sustain and build on that reputation.
“In this sector, there’s a huge amount of product and concept knowledge required. I want to support my team with even more learning opportunities so we can provide customer service that continues to truly stand out from the crowd.”
Richard Wall, operations manager, added: “Hannah’s promotion is well-deserved. She’s a brilliant asset to the team with a lot of existing retail know-how, and she’s done an excellent job bringing her colleagues together into a cohesive team. I’m looking forward to seeing her progress even further in this senior role.”
