Boehringer hosts cardiology webinars

Boehringer Ingelheim, manufacturer of Vetmedin, is hosting a two-part webinar series focusing on mitral valve disease (MVD) on its Boehringer Academy website.

The online webinars each count towards approximately 20 to 30 minutes CPD and are titled ‘MVD: understand the heart of the problem’ and ‘Meaningful murmurs’.

‘MVD: understand the heart of the problem’ is now available on demand and is presented by Kieran Borgeat,
American, European and RCVS Specialist in Veterinary Cardiology at Langford Vets, University of Bristol.

The webinar enables veterinary professionals to learn more about mitral valve disease, how it can be diagnosed and why the early detection of asymptomatic disease is crucial for optimising the outcome of MVD patients.
